| Only a few corrections ...
InXtc startet like etv in October 2004.
etv aired mainly recorded stuff (playboy vids, eUrotic news, ...) only some live content that started soft and when it became harder continued on InXtc. The initial concept was a group of 7 to 8 actors/actresses with the callers deciding who does what with whom. Dorian was part of that show and made b/g stuff in that. The show was no success so they changed the format to a 1 to 2 model dildo show once a day (repeated as recording on the next morning) and a saturday evening liveshow with three to four models (b/g or g/g) which was moderated by Lace who also assisted on dildos and played with the female models (mainly Kaleya). These shows where broadcasted on InXtc and X-plus.
That show wasn't successfull either.
In March 2005 they reduced the percentage of recorded stuff on etv and increased the soft liveshow time (they also hired the first etv only models in that time). That soft show was in difference to the hard show successfull, so in May 2005 the hired more models for etv and dropped the hard show (also for other reasons beyond their control) to broadcast 8 h of liveshow on etv (and also on other channels which licensed the program). In October 2005 the hired the next bunch of models and started to broadcast 18 h/day soft lifeshows on etv. Meanwhile the shows where a little bit hotter than the initial shows, including topless models. In early 2006 they hired models in larger numbers and started to broadcast 24/7 liveshows, etv2 was started (instead of the never started Yoyo Live lifestyle and shopping channel) and X-plus converted into e+ while InXtc was sold.
In the late spring of 2006 the first models started to do full nude shows which culminated in really hot shows in the summer of 2006 after which the shows got softer until October 2006 where they started to do closups of the lower bodyparts again.
In late 2006 early 2007 etv reached its high with roughly 70 models, 3 channels and nice hot shows.
I assume the rest is known and often discussed.
So much about the 'early days' of etv.
To give a short summery of the pre etv time: It started in the late 90s with phone sex lines (success), continued with recorded programming on other channels around millenium (no success), went into a live show pretty much like etv (but very soft) on a local channel around 2002/3 (no success) to become etv/InXtc/X-plus finaly in October 2004.

The first bunch of models hired in 2005 was in larg part recruited from a web cam chat, so they did some harder stuff before joining etv (so far none of that stuff showed up, so we have to wait for the proof).
Outside is right on Dior (worked for nubilis befor etv) and Railly.
